Petrosinella's Newborn Demand

The Italian fairy tale "Petrosinella" (later known as "Rapunzel") includes an enchantress who discovers the pregnant mother's craving for rapunzel, a type of plant. In exchange for rapunzel, the enchantress demands the newborn child as payment.
