Anteo Zamboni

Benito Mussolini survived many assassination attempts on his life. One of them was by a 15-year-old named Anteo Zamboni, who shot at Benito Mussolini, missed, and was subsequently lynched by squadristi. Anteo's father and aunt were arrested shortly after for influencing Zamboni's decision.
