Saved From the Titanic

Only 29 days after the sinking of the Titanic, the first movie to be made about the ship was released. One of the survivors, who also appeared in the piece and wrote it, suffered a mental breakdown after production wrapped. A fire wiped out the film, and just a handful of stills were saved.
