Tokophobia

Tokophobia is a pathological fear of pregnancy and it can lead to avoidance of childbirth. It can be further classified as primary or secondary. Primary Tokophobia is the fear and deep-seated dread of childbirth in women who have never experienced birth. Secondary Tokophobia is caused by a traumatic birth experience.
