Major Pentagon officials once called Five Guys and requested them to break their no delivery rule. Not only did they refuse, the restaurant's founder also ordered a 22-foot banner saying "ABSOLUTELY NO DELIVERY" and hung it in front of the store. Business from Pentagon employees increased.
