Artūras Zuokas

Lithuanian politician Artūras Zuokas won an IG Nobel prize in 2011, for “demonstrating that the problem of illegally parked luxury cars can be solved by running them over with a tank”. Zuokas had used an armored vehicle to run over an illegally parked car in a Vilnius bike lane.
