Iraqi Weapons

Chemical weapons were found for real in Iraq during the First and the Second Gulf War which resulted in Saddam Husain’s execution. US government was just too embarrassed to admit it at that time because it helped in the production of those chemical weapons. The USA always knew Saddam had chemical weapons, though they were not the Weapons of Mass Destruction over which the USA went to war with Iraq in 2003. The USA was concerned about new chemical, biological, and worse nuclear weapons, none of which was found and that’s why the story didn't explode.
