IRA

In 1925, the Irish Republican Army (IRA) sent a delegation to the USSR to ask for weapons. The Soviet delegation asked the IRA how many bishops they had killed. When the Irish said they hadn't killed any, the Soviets replied: "Ah, you people are not serious at all."
