The Big-Eared Midget

Cayetano Santos Godino a.k.a “El Petiso Orejudo” (The Big-Eared Midget), was an Argentinian serial killer who terrorized Buenos Aires at the age of 16. In the early 20th century, he was responsible for the murder of four children, the attempted murder of another seven children, and seven counts of arson. At the age of 7, he was caught by police for beating small children, but he was released and sent home due to his age. However, at age 10, his parents reported him to the police for masturbation, and he was jailed for 2 months for masturbating.
