Headache

If you get a headache that hurts mostly in the front of your head, or behind your eyes, oftentimes this may indicate dehydration. Behind your eyes headache can also be your sinuses, which is not mutually exclusive with dehydration, but it could be both. But if neither drinking more water nor Tylenol helps, try a decongestant and some ibuprofen.
