Actress Aubrey Plaza (Parks & Rec, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World) had a stroke when she was 20. This caused to her to experience "expressive aphasia" and she was unable to produce language for some time. The doctors don't know why it happened and she has since recovered with no residual effects.
