Steve Austin

Steve Austin

In 2002, Stone Cold Steve Austin’s wife Debra Marshall called the police to report that Austin had beaten her on the head, back, and legs. She suffered a swollen cheek and eye and bruises to her back and shoulder. He got a year's probation, a $1,000 fine, and was ordered to carry out 80 hours of community service. She said this wasn’t the first time this happened and WWE knew of the abuse and worked to conceal the bruises on her face, and kept her from revealing that Austin hit her, as it would cost the company millions of dollars. In 2004, he was again accused of severely assaulting his girlfriend.
