The guy behind the infamous “Tipping Fedora” internet meme is American actor Jerry Messing. Before his internet stardom, he was the child actor who played Pugsley in ‘Addams Family Reunion’ as well as 'Gordon Crisp', the smelly kid in ‘Freaks and Geeks.’
