Donkey Kong

Donkey Kong was not developed by Nintendo but rather a subcontracting company named Ikegami Tsushinki that also made Sega's Congo Bongo and Zaxxon. They successfully sued after Nintendo used their source code later to create Donkey Kong Jr. without them.
