He is referring to two comedy duos: Dean Martin and Jerry Lewis (two white men), and The Amos ‘n Andy Show (two black men). Basically, he is asking if she wants her shake vanilla or chocolate.

In Knives Out (2019), actor Ricky Jay appears on a fridge. He was supposed to appear in the movie but died during production, so the film crew added the photograph as a tribute to him.

In Forrest Gump (1994), Bubba's helmet says 'I'd Rather be Shrimping'.
