21Matt & Foggy
In Spider-Man: No Way Home, the scene with Charlie Cox as Matt Murdock includes interactions with Jon Favreau as Happy Hogan. Favreau played Matt Murdock’s (Ben Affleck) law firm partner Foggy Nelson in Daredevil (2003).
22No Way Home Timeline
Spider-Man: No Way Home (2021) takes place directly after the events of Spider-Man: Far from Home (2019), meaning that it takes place in the Fall/Winter of 2024.
23Happy's Investigation
In Spider-Man: No Way Home, after Matt Murdock informs Peter that the charges against him won't be pursued, he goes on to tell Happy that he’s under investigation due to some Stark Tech going missing. Peter then winds up finding a Stark Industries fabricator hidden in a back room in Happy’s condo.
24Really Good Lawyer
When Matt Murdock is introduced in Spider-Man: No Way Home, he was definitely listening to Happy's heartbeat as he tried to defend himself and hence said, “You’re gonna need a really good lawyer.” This probably hints at the She-Hulk series, as Jennifer Walters/She-Hulk is a lawyer in marvel comics who specializes in cases involving superhumans.
25Miles Morales
In Spider-Man: No Way Home, Electro admits to believing that Andrew Garfield’s Spider-Man was black under the mask. He figures (correctly) that there still must be another, black Spider-Man out there referring to Miles Morales.
26Flashpoint
In Spider-Man: No Way Home, Flash Thompson’s book is titled “Flashpoint”, which is a funny dig at DC, long-time competitors of Marvel, as they have a famous comic book storyline of the same name, centered around the character ‘The Flash.’ A similar dig was seen in “Spider-man: Homecoming (2017)” in which Flash answers a question in class and the teacher says “Just because you’re fast doesn't mean you're right.”
27Goatee Template
In Spider-Man: No Way Home, when MJ and Ned arrive at Sanctum Sanctorum, MJ is seen reading a package for goatee templates (beard dye?) in the basement, perhaps mocking Strange’s exotic facial hair and how he’s very self-conscious about his looks (and maybe as a running gag since Stark’s beard was made fun of in Endgame).

28J. Jonah Jameson
In Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man movies, J. Jonah Jameson had his own news corporation. In Spider-Man: No Way Home, however, J. Jonah Jameson seems to have started the Daily Bugle in what looked like his garage, and by the end of the movie, he had his own crew, van, CG backdrop. So it looks like he might be able to start a news corporation soon in MCU too.
29MCU's Spider-Man Origins
By the end of Tom Holland’s Spider-Man trilogy, Peter has lost his suits, his tech, his house, his education. He maybe had a shot at MIT and now has to go get his GED. Most of all, he’s lost his Aunt May (which he blames himself for) and his entire support system (MJ, Ned, happy) around him to help him cope with this tremendous loss has also just been ripped away. The previous two Spider-Man movies in MCU were overshadowed by mentor figures, him being handed his tech from Stark and him living a happy life in a nice apartment with Aunt May in Queens. We never saw him going through genuine loss, struggle, and adversity like we saw Maguire’s and Garfield’s Spider-Man both go through and that’s why this movie really felt like Tom Holland’s Spider-Man origin story.
30Peter Tingle
Spider-Man’s spidey-sense is so ingrained in his body that in Spider-Man: No Way Home, his body reacts to danger even when Peter’s soul is out of his body. It also seems to react to danger even if it doesn't know exactly what or where it is, like in the scene in the apartment where Norman switches to the Goblin.
